  1. PLATFORM OWNERSHIP & LEGAL ENTITY

The ATHWAS Mobile Application (“App” or “Platform”) is owned and operated by:

Athwas is a brand name and commercial unit of IA Multi Ventures Private Limited.

Throughout these Terms, “Athwas”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to IA Multi Ventures Private Limited operating under the brand name Athwas.

Athwas operates solely as a mobile-application-based e-commerce retail platform.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App, you:

  • Confirm that you have read and understood these Terms
  • Agree to be legally bound by them
  • Acknowledge that the Company may modify these Terms from time to time, and that the updated Terms will be posted on the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Platform, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • You are not prohibited by law from accessing the Platform
  1. USER ACCOUNTS

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

IA Multi Ventures reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations of terms & conditions.

  1. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Athwas offers retail sale of FMCG, groceries, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, and daily essentials.

  • Availability and pricing are subject to change

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products including but not limited to price, specifications, descriptions, packaging, availability, promotional offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
  • Discontinue, remove, or replace any product listed on the App at our discretion.
  • Ensure that the price and product information applicable at the time of placing the order will be considered final, and prices may change between the time a product is added to the cart and the time the order is placed.
  • Cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing errors, fraud detection, or regulatory requirements
  1. PRICING & TAXATION
  • All prices are displayed in INR
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified
  • Tax invoices shall be issued in the name of Athwas which is a unit of IA Multi Ventures Private Limited
  1. PAYMENTS

Payment methods include:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Athwas uses third-party payment gateways. We do not store card or banking details.

IA Multi Ventures shall not be liable for:

  • Bank declines
  • Gateway failures
  • Network issues
  • Unauthorized transactions caused by user negligence
  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Orders are confirmed only upon:

  • Successful payment (except COD)
  • Dispatch confirmation

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Regulatory restrictions

Refunds shall be processed as per our Refund Policy.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Delivery timelines are estimates
  • Shipping is currently within India only
  • Delays due to logistics, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances shall not attract liability
  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS
  • Eligible items may be returned within 7 days
  • Hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable
  • Refunds shall be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

IA Multi Ventures Private Limited disclaims all warranties including:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Suitability for specific purposes
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IA Multi Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including logos, designs, text, and software is the intellectual property of IA Multi Ventures Private Limited or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
 Jurisdiction: Courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
